Mentoring

orenda.world offers a space where you can find a mentor that supports your growth and development.

 

That way we update the old idea of a "relationships" across the generations.
The option of asking that cool older, experienced dued in the village, that you can trust to get a helping hint or two in your current challenge in life has long ceased to be available.

Frame

• The scope should be between ½-1 h approximately every 2 weeks.

• Mentors and mentees must be site members (sign-up).

• Both participants must have an Easy membership.

• We currently work adults only.

• Mentee requests the mentor:in.

• Mentor:in may decline and may terminate the relationship at any time before the last lesson.

• It is a give and take.

• There are rights and duties (like guest rights and guest duties).
