Why we love this place?

Tamera is a community in Portugal of about 200 people engaged in peace research.

The vision of Tamera is to empower people all over the world to build a regenerative, non-violent culture by working out ethical, social, sexual, ecological, technological and economic foundations and to combine them into a generalizable model in Tamera.

The goal is a world without war, a world of cooperation and trust among all beings. In order to achieve this goal, they communicate their vision of Terra Nova and the plan of the healing biotopes worldwide.

The 2022 guest season begins in late March and ends in mid-November.

There are introductory weeks and in-depth courses.

There is also the possibility to do an internship, for example in the kitchen.

If you want to visit Tamera with children, there are certain times when this is possible.
